Job Summary:
The Project Manager: Architecture is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple projects and their teams ensuring that the projects are executed accurately, on time and within budget. They coordinate with team members, clients, contractors and consultants serving as the central point of communication and decision making. Actively manages budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, and project team assignments. Will assist the Director of Production in determining the scope of work and helping prepare proposals and contracts. This role combines creative insight with project management discipline, requiring both technical expertise in architecture and strong organizational skills.
